Account Renewal and Quotations

Hi

My employer has strict procurement procedures. One of the stages we go though to make a purchase requires a written quotation. I have ask the Miro support centre for help, but I’m just directed to the renewal page which is acceptable to the organisation. I know the payment will be automatically taken but there is a risk the payment will be blocked with the inevitable circumstances of loosing access to Miro. Basically is there a way to get a written quotation from Miro.

I’d suggest contacting Miro sales (sales@miro.com) for this rather than support.

Tried that and found them to be slow on responding. On top of that I’ve just been told by our administrator that we can’t downgrade to a monthly subscription.
