Appreciate personal service offered by Balazs (Miro Support & Help ctr)

I would like to share my little story about experience on Miro.

 

I heard about Miro from approach of Miro consultant in HK, and they offered me and my colleagues about function of Miro board. After that, I moved to new company and I need to work on a details workplan about system requirement. I started to use Miro. Miro is user friendly and I made a great work plan on Miro. But trouble comes when I need to export my workplan the output is in very low resolution. Upgraded subscription is required to out a clear pdf.

 

From the billing article which (mislead me / I misunderstand) they charge with prorate, and currency is not shown. I found the problem after paid a month subscription and the CS, Balazs helps a lot on my case with patient which I would like to show my appreciation on it.

 

Other than that, day pass provide a high flexibility to user  which is now only offered to enterprise or consultant. I would strongly recommend to provide this flexibility to all users.
