Jason Knight is a rather angry and sometimes rude writer, but he's often spot on when throwing tantrums on accessibility and web development.

This time his rant is about GDPR, and it's quite entertaining:

"You use a file from a server, they 'get your ip address'. No shit, that’s how the web works. But because of the tinfoil hat crowd losing their shit over the simplest of things, they have ruled that any time you use a file that’s not hosted by your own domain, you are in violation of EU law. This makes the asshat 'cookie warning’ numb-nuttery look almost sane by comparison."
