Actually, this issue pertains to one of my team members. During our meeting, we had an unexpected discussion, and she used the board without logging into the website. After the meeting, she assumed that the board she used would be automatically saved and sent to her Gmail. However, she later realized that she hadn't logged in or signed up. Fortunately, she has the link to the board she used, but when she tries to open it, she encounters the following error (please refer to the screenshot below). Despite being the owner of the board, she's unable to access it. How can she regain access to it?
