Unable to sign in on Samsung tablet, SSO sign on does not redirect

When I log in via desktop, I have never had any issues with signing in.

As soon as I try to sign in on tablet, it wants to redirect me to SSO but just continuously loads.

 

I have tried all the basics like software update, disable ad blockers etc

 

I have two “profiles” (not sure if that is the correct term) on this one email address. I read somewhere that it might be getting stuck because it does not know which “profile” to use. 

 

I have looked into deleting the free version and keeping the paid for work version, but it looks like I will delete both. It tells me that I will delete by 3 boards, which are all on the paid for version. So somehow, I am not able to select and delete the free “profile”.

 

So I suppose this is a two in one issue/question…

 

Anyone able to help please?
