I read the topic on Frames and I see the instructions for changing the order of frames. I can’t seem to get it to work on my iPad. I’ve tried to tap and hold on a frame in the list, expecting that I’ll be able to drag it up or down. But nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

This appears to be expected behaviour as per the following in the Frames Help Center article:
The above article was update three days ago, so perhaps that note was the update.
