Hi all, on my boards I used to have all the tools available, but now suddenly Miro says’ this tool is unavailable on this board’ for a whole bunch of tools on practically all my boards.
Anyone got any idea what happened?

Your License has been expired. if you use miro without license so all tool were no available on free mode. you need to buy license.

please confrom that you had login miro with licence email
and also confrom that you will login with your own board or someone else
Okay, tnx although I don’t really understand.
Just checked, the e-mail says I paid $140.75 on March 7, 2022.
And yes I’m working on my own boards.
Do you work at Miro?
I’ve also sent Miro a message via ‘Learning Centre’.

Can you try creating a new board and see if the tools show up there? The only way something like this should happen on a paid account would be if your access to those boards was reduced from full edit to view only or comment, but that shouldn’t happen if you are board owner.

Hi All,
I’ve mailed Miro support and apparently logging off and in again did the trick. Feel a bit stupid that I didn’t try that myself first haha, sorry.
