I have a colleague unable to log into Miro for the first time in a while (using the little red Microsoft ~SSO icon). He’s moved from Chrome to Edge, and it’s in Edge where he sees "to activate this connection please first sign in with your Miro credentials, or another connected third-party" after clicking the MS icon.

He cleared his miro.com cookies, tried again, same thing. Any ways forward?
