Slack App authorization

I can’t seem to authorize the Miro app to work with Slack.  I get stuck in a loop where Slack sends me to Miro but the dashboard says: “App authorization has not been completed.  Please try to authorize the app again.”  Going back to Slack to try to add/authorize the app just takes me back into the loop again.
