Hi, 

i need you experience on the following:

I have a free board plan that I share with my students sending them a link each time is needed.

at the end of the lesson i remove them form the users list but I noticed that the link sent previously stays active and let them get in the board. is that possible?

I thought that each time i shared a new link was created disabling the old ones.

Hi @Viviana Argento! When inviting users to a board on Free Plan they will also be added to your team, granting them access to all boards in that team. So in order to revoke access, you would have to remove them via Team Settings.

To clarify, one cannot disable Team access on the Free Plan:

Instead, you will want to change the board’s Invite to team and board access to No access:

 

And for any readers curious as to why they don’t see this option in their Free Plan team boards, it can be disabled altogether in the team profile settings → Permissions → Invitation settings:

@Robert Johnson To further clarify, I wasn't referring to disabling Team access – I meant literally removing them from the Team. 🙂

@Henrik Ståhl  - Yes, but if they click on the link again, they are added back to the team :)

Absolutely, unless the board’s Invite to team and board access to No access.

I am 99.9% sure that everything this feature in toggled OFF/ON, a new “access key” is generated, so previous links will no longer work.
