Hi all,

I have setup the integration to ServiceNow to handle the user subscriptions in the SAM application.

In dev instance all three existing editions have been created as software models.

But in preprod and production instance only one edition has been created.

The configuration is the same for all instances as described here: Software-Asset-Management mit ServiceNow – Miro-Miro-Hilfecenter

Has anyone discovered the same issue or an idea what is the reason?
