anybody here knows miro servicedesk number? 

Since their zendesk is down - hard to create ticket. 

I had messaged a few folks at Miro through the community forum by private message. Surely someone is aware by now.

We are aware of the issue, it is an incident on the Zendesk side :pensive:  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

As for the phone number, our Customer Support team doesn’t provide phone support, and the only way to contact them is via the form: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

No service available during business hours.   I am struggling to understand how Miro mission is 

 

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of customer service with a sense of empathy and passion. We strive to exceed our customer's expectations by always thinking one step ahead when providing solutions. We guide and educate our users to grasp the value of the product and drive word of mouth.

 

However, every time I try the number 415-669-8098 there is no answer. 

 

Please help.

I’ve escalated this case to the Head of Support to figure out the issue with the phone number.
