I am planning to migrate my Jira and Confluence server to Atlassian Cloud. I use the Miro app for both Jira and Confluence.

I would like to know how I can migrate my data from server to cloud? Is there a migration pathway or a step-by-step guide?

Thank you and regards,

Hilda Chukwu

Hi @hilda.chukwu

Welcome to the Miro Online Community!

For Jira and confluence migration you can visit in Atlassian Community!

and you can follow up this guide to migrate

@Soumyadeep Mandal

Thank you for your response.

To clarify, I am referring to the migration pathway for Miro’s data from Server to Cloud.

Thanks

Hi @hilda.chukwu

You can confirm that from Miro support https://miro.com/contact

I’m not sure but most probably you have to upgrade everything manually!

Because when you migrate all the links to the data gets changed and secured by cloud protection.

@hilda.chukwu - You can find the support contact form through:

Ditto!  This really needs to be added as a feature.  More and more Enterprises will be migrating to Atlassian Cloud from on premise and don’t want to lose historical PI sessions or have to recreate an existing PI.  I added it to the Wishlist.

Was this evert made a feature.  We are migrating from JIRA Cards server to JIRA Card cloud auth and interested in any implications here.  Do you need to recreate or relink cards or do they update themselves if same JIRA project name
