Hi,

I have an issue with the Miro account. The employee used Miro account ( admin rights) but now he already leaved our company. I tried to reset his account but it seem not work ( not received any acknowledgment from Miro). Iam not sure Miro had policy to disable account that long time have no active. Please help me to resolve this issue.
