Hello everyone.
I have recently started using Miro to complete some basic tasks that require a rudimentary whiteboard-type software, and I have found Miro to be quite neat with that. But I have a problem accessing the properties panel.
I have spoken to Miro’s AI assistant, and it says that I can access the panel on the right side of the screen, but I can’t find it. Bear in mind the following: a) I am the permission holder of the board and account, so it doesn’t have anything to do with that; b) I have selected the object in question, which is the first step to finding the properties panel, but it still doesn’t show up; c) I have attempted troubleshooting and looking through Help Center articles, to no avail; and d) I am not a software engineer or developer in any way, so coding anything won’t happen on my side.
All I’m trying to do is view the properties panel, but there doesn’t seem to be any way for me to do that. Please help. Thanks :)
