i want to have a announcement pop available for all boards, please suggest how to do

As far as I can tell, I don’t think we have this option available yet -to be able to send the same message to all boards. Apologies for that. If this is a feature you’d like to see added, you can add submit it as a Wish List item with descriptions of the use case so that our team can scope it out.
