Not able to switch to another licensed account

I recently chose not to resubscribe to a team subscription I purchased for my team last September because our company purchased more seats for us on its main Miro account. However, now that the team license I purchased has expired I am not able to access the main account I was added to (both are registered to the same email address). The screen for the team account that expired is locked and not allowing me to switch. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: I was able to workaround the issue by manually updating the URL to point to the settings page. This issue has been resolved.
