New mouse functionality - is there an option to revert back to the old control scheme?

The zoom in and out function from the mouse scroller or even the touchpad pinch in pinch out isn't working as it used to work earlier. It was much easier than going in the right bottom corner and doing manually...

Can you please look into this problem or send help!
