My Talktrack give a playback with no sound

Hi,

i want to use Talktrack in my Retros and Presentations and i just start to play a bit around with Talktracks. My problem: even though i record the Talktrack with the right micro & camera once i playback the video there is no sound. And no: mute is switched off and yes, the volume is turned on

 

What can be the solution?

@CosimaGVL - While the Talktrack feature does show your video before a recording starts, it does not give any sort of real-time feedback that your mic is being picked up – neither before or during a Talktrack recording, so there is definitely room for improvement. That being said, is your mic being picked up by other browser-based recording apps? For example, this site appears to use the same browser-based technology to access cameras and mics and will show if a mic is being picked up properly: https://mictests.com/

Some other questions:

  • What device/OS are you using? E.g., Windows on a laptop?
  • Have you tried another browser?
  • Have you tried the Miro desktop app?
