Miro Video Chat Got Blocked - STUN Protocol

Hi, We are having difficulty using miro video call function. It cannot be used when using our office network as internet connection. Every time call function is being pressed, the video call and voice call function is not functional (black webcam stream and no voice input and output). Other function can be used as per its intended use.

After further checking with our CS team, they found that Miro is using STUN protocol and it’s not allowed in our corporate environment. As per our understanding, Miro is using web protocol.

So I’m just wondering is it necessary for us to use this protocol for the video & voice call function? Are there anyway to by pass this.

@AP Secretariat  - I’d recommend opening a Miro support request for this query here as that protocol is not referenced in Miro’s help article on firewall configuration (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572694-Add-Miro-to-Allowed-Domains): Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center

The Video Chat Help Center article was updated 6 days ago (not sure what the change was). The Video (and audio) chat used to utilize the Vonage platform, but that reference has been removed.
