Hi - very frustrated with Miro. All of my boards which I created during free do not load after upgrading my account and I am unable to create new boards.
This is unacceptable.
AS well, I am unable to request a full refund through the billing settings.
IF the service does not work - I should be able to request an immediate refund.
Horrible experience that I hope will be resolved with Miro asap.
