Hello,

 

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to fill the initial oval of my mindmap. I’ve tried the highlighter, however if you go over even a little bit of what you highlighted, it causes that area to appear darker than the rest of the highlighted area. 

 

i can change the color of the outline of the oval, but no fill.

@Bob Hanson -

I don’t believe it is possible to color the inside of a mind map root node. However, you can overlap another shape (e.g. an oval or rectangle) over it, color that shape, and send it to the back.
