Language setting is missing in my user profile settings

I am using the browser version of Miro. It seems like the language setting to change to Japanese is missing. This should be a paid Miro account through my company as far as I know. Screenshot included below:

I was excited to change my language to Japanese when I saw the popup on my dashboard that it was available, but now I’m disappointed I can’t find a way to do so. Thank you for your help.
