Hello,

I have an issue since few weeks: I can’t scale pictures anymore when my frame is in grid mode. The little white dots that apear in the corners are not showing at the moment I switch in grid mode and reappear when I go back to freeform. I use to scale in grid mode with no trouble before that. Is someone else has this issue?

@Sébastien -

Which grid mode are you using? I tried with both line mode and dot mode (snap to grid with the latter) and I was able to scale an image without issue on my Windows 10 PC using Miro via Google Chrome.

Hey @Kiron Bondale , thank you for answering me

I’m using the grid mode in the frame that align images automatically:

When I click on images it does not propose me to scale it.

Something even stranger: it allows me to scale when I select 2 images

@Sébastien -

can you try from a different device or access method as I put two images in a frame and was able to scale them using the white dots on the corners as normal?

Kiron

I already tried from my smartphone and from another computer but I have the same issue. I also have the same issue on all my boards

@Sébastien -

In that case I’d recommend opening a support request with Miro here: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center

Okay, I’ll do this. Thank you!
