I notice that I can connect cards with arrows when they are outside the table. But it is not possible when they are inside. So, I figure it out that I can link the cards between each other, when they have any kind of hierarchy (Notice the small arrow on the second image). If you need to know which card a task refers to, you can touch the arrow and it will take you to its original card.
