I made a mistake in hiring a free trial and not canceling, when I went to request a refund, all the assistants just sent empty tutorials and when I asked something they fired more of them. In the end, I sent 6 ATTEMPTS to support and one of them they closed before even responding to me.To be honest, I'm pretty disappointed and desperate.
