I can't receive an answer from Miro

I’m a Miro customer and last friday, by mistake, I’ve tried to share a whiteboard in Miro and I’ve added a team member.

Now I’m trying since Friday, to cancel this since, I’ve paid for the Consultant plan and because of this Miro change my account to team and will bill me in extra 146 dollars.

Is possible to have an answer and help on this?

My Ticket ID is #242326 and I just want not be charged and have my Consultant Plan again.

Is taking a lot to have even an answer from Miro.

@ricardo faria - You will unfortunately need to wait for Miro support to address your issue as billing questions are not something that this online community will be able to help you with. From my experience with billing related issues, Miro has always made good on correcting issues right back to the date the issue first occurred.

@Robert Johnson I hope so since I’m waiting about 3 days and I don’t want to be billed when I don’t use an extra seat.
