Can arrows be parallel?

And if they can, how to do it?

 

Arrows should be attached to objects like this:

I just used the arrow tool to create these (as opposed to creating an arrow from the four blue dots on the edges of the rectangles).

Tip: Use the L hotkey to start the Connection Lines tool and then start a line by clicking anywhere on the outer-edge of an object.
