Want to add new Link with help icon near Miro Help (learning center)  icon  to raise support request for Miro users.

Please help me which approach we need to follow to add this link.

@janardhan -

If you are on a paid plan, you can submit a support request in three clicks by first clicking on the Help icon, then selecting “Get help” and finally “Support”. If you are referring to creating some sort of internal support capability within your company and having that be accessible via this new icon, then that you should consider submitting this as a wish list topic following the guidelines here: Wish List: Everything You Need to Know 🌠 | Miro

@janardhan - And if you were referring to using the Miro SDK to add your own links to the “learning center” menu, this is not possible as Miro has not exposed the menu for customization.

Thanks Robert for your response, is there any alternative approach to add new Link which should be accessible by all Miro users? Requirement here is users should have option to raise internal company support request from Miro tool using new link/icon.

Please help us how we can achieve this requirement?

Thanks @Kiron Bondale  for your response, I have raised support request in Wish list. You are considering Whish List request as an Idea/feature request, what is the Plan for Implementation and ETA for Whish List requests?

@janardhan -

There is no commitment made to those wish list items, but if sufficient users vote for an item and it aligns with Miro’s product roadmap, the Miro product managers are likely to add it to their backlogs but there is usually no visibility as to how soon it will be delivered in that event.

@janardhan - The simplest solution would be to share a link via to your users and have them bookmark it.

If you really want to add a link to the Miro interface, you could have someone with a development background explore creating a custom web-plugin app using Miro’s developer platform SDK. They should be able to add a button to either the content creation or collaboration toolbar that opens side panel where you would have instructions for contacting your internal support team. Here is where your development resource could start: https://developers.miro.com/docs/web-plugin-examples#template-builder
