A few clients have complained to me that they cannot access our Chat conversations from the mobile app. I have tried to access but do not see that functionality.

Anyone know about this? If not a feature of the mobile app, will it soon be?

The phone app does provide limited functionality relative to the tablet, desktop or browser-based apps. Chat is not available on mobile.

You could add a post under the wish list category for this for folks to vote on adding this feature to the phone app.

Thank you, Kiron. I will add that to Wish List. Client does not like jumping from phone to computer as not always feasible for her to do so. Have a great weekend.
