we cannot find the hide&reveal options on the bar nor the Grid option to order post-its in a table

How can we activate this options?

@InEuropa - The hide/show frame option is only available to the board owner and on paid plans.

The Grid in frames option will be available to everyone.

The most likely reason that the Grid option may not appear (as well as other options) is if you are selecting the frame while your cursor is in move/grab (a hand) and not in select mode (the arrow):

 

And because I am the board owner, I have the hide/show frame option:
