For a few days I was in panic because I couldn't see my boards any more.
The only way to find them was to search, which at least confirmed to me that I hadn't erased them.
In fact I had activated the filter "not owned by me"... and miro remembered it, me not
And when you're back to your board list, and you see
Nothing indicates that a filter is active.
That is odd - when I tried to replicate your scenario, exited Miro and went back in, it continued to show the active filter (see below)…

Sorry, I was not clear. I just mean that nothing indicate there is an active filter.
An indication like "n boards hidden by the filter" or a more visible indicator that this filter is active could help.
