Hi all -

I’m trying to evaluate Miro and it’s suitability for our organisation, particularly around pricing. The majority of users in our company would just need to see and interact with specific boards in a basic way and the access they’d have via the new ‘guests’ functionality would be suitable. Given they do belong to the same organisation as us does the licensing prohibit us from doing the following:

  1. Purchase consulting plan for those members who need full access
  2. Through the consulting plan invite members of our own company as guests on specific boards?

Thanks

Calvin

Not at all - so long as these staff don’t need any of the features which go beyond the capabilities of Guest users, it is totally fine to have some paid, full edit named users and other Guest only editors in the same company.

Remember that when you share boards with Guests, it can’t be restricted to just your company so if any of those Guests were to share the board password with someone outside the company, those external “trespassers” would be able to also use those specific boards.
