I have a situation where I need to grant and revoke access for guest editors. Today I have given 10 guest editors access to my boards. After a week I need to give another 10 and need to revoke access from the previous ones. What is the best possible way of doing it? 

I believe the board URL remains the same so how can I control that the earlier editors does not have edit access anymore.

@Masood Sarkar - There are a few ways you could accomplish this.

  1. You could use the Password Protection feature - just change the password anytime you wish to revoke access to the previous editors.
  2. If you didn’t want to use a password, you could effectively create a new board URL by Duplicating the board and deleting the original whenever you want to revoke access.
