I have been on Miro for the last few years as just myself as a member.
Recently my credit card needed to be renewed and my Miro expired in the process.
Now I am trying to reactivate my plan.
The site will only allow me to re subscribe on the business plan with 2 members.
I have looked everywhere to see where/who this second member might be with no luck.
Please advise.
I’m not interested in paying a second membership for a ghost.
Also why isn’t there a live chat or regular customer service for this site?
