Dear Miro

I’m currently a Miro team member and the team plan is free

The team admin resigns and he can not log in team board as his company email is deleted
Is there any way to get the team admin rights from my ex-colleague’s account?

@Cuong Ha - You can either contact your company’s IT department and ask that they help you, e.g., they login to Miro using your ex-colleague's email address, or just create a new Free Plan team and move the boards to the new team - details on how to do this here:
