I am a therapist, new to using Miro. I choose the option to be able to just share the link with my clients. This is due to nothing will be saved. I shared the link but they weren't able to access the edit to allow them to use the pens to draw.
Can someone share with me what I am doing wrong? How I need to setup this option

Are you on a free plan or a paid plan? If the latter, then to use the Anonymous Guest Editor access, you’d need to set that in the Share dialog setting (see below) and then provide them with the board URL:
