I have a doubt. I saw how it matters from excel to sticky. Very good.
And now, I have more or less 400 sticky, how do I IMPORT from the target, to excel, document, so that I can organize the data generated by Stickys?

Not sure if I understand the question correctly or not, but you can do a Select All (Ctrl-A), filter only sticky notes, use the context menu in the toolbar to export to a CSV file and then import them into Excel.
