And I understand that there is no limit to invite team members.

But I want to know if there is limit for sharing Board.
It seem that there is, or not working with manage access screen in board share function.

No - if you are specifying who the editors are (as opposed to having them as anonymous editors), then that is unlimited.

Yes, there is a limitation for free plan users on being able to use the public guest editor sharing capability (see below):
