We are on the Consultant plan. One of our guests needs to export the board for a presentation. The guest does have editing rights, but the export option is not present.

I have not found an option to allow exporting for guests on the board.

Is there something I am missing?

Thanks for your question!

The option to export boards can be allowed via the Advanced board sharing permissions. You simply need to set Anyone with the board access in Who can copy board content
