I have a free account with alex.j.wolf@[DOMAIN]. I want to change to this email-address: alexander@[DOMAIN]. But i did not get the email from your system to confirm the new setting. How we can change the emailadresse?

Yes, I did. But, as I wrote, no mail response happened.
