Hi There, 

I just clicked on the free trail 14 days on business plan. I m a student and I want this trail to end. I don't found Andy button to cancel the subscription in the billings. Help!

@huu - If you:

  1. go here → https://miro.com/app/settings/user-profile/,
  2. select your team space, you should then see Billing, and at the bottom a Cancel subscription action.

Have you reviewed the How to cancel your subscription help center article? It appears to be quite thorough with the steps.

@huu  If you like Miro but as a student just can’t deal with the cost, there is an education license that is available:

I think it gives you a bit more power than a free account.

@Kenneth Ritley beat me to it 😉. Yes, as a student, you could apply for a free 10-license Education Plan! Check out the link above.

The Education Plan does come with more features than a Free Plan - you can check out all of the differences in the Plans and features available help center article.

Except that it’s impossible to cancel the plan. The cancellation button is not working and nobody is replying my email. There’s no way to cancel the plan!!!!!!!! @Kenneth Ritley  @Robert Johnson  @huu

@Maxine Chan - Since you currently have a paid subscription, you should be able to create a support ticket by following these instructions from the dashboard of your paid/trial team space.

Please reply back here if you do not have the Contact support option as per the below screenshots.

That should load the support form for you.
