Can turn off change highlighting be added as a board setting?

I’m using boards to consult with big groups of stakeholders and maintaining the same link it key to the ongoing conversation - however I don’t want the pink change highlighting coming up for them all as there are various degrees of capability and it’s a real visual set back with some stakeholders.
