Hi, need some suggestion on loading a heavy board~ 

I’ve been using miro with a free plan, was about to upgrade and split a heavy board afterwards, but i can’t access to this board now (i could open and load the board a while ago), and keep getting error while loading. 

I tried the solutions in Board performance and loading issues, on both desktop app and browsers, unfortunately didn’t work.

Any suggestion for solving this issue, or any support i could get?
