hello, I organized a vote on 5 different images and something weird happened.

Usually, it is not possible to add an element in the zoning vote when the vote is launched.. which is good.. 

But this time participants were able to add new elements and to vote for new elements during the voting session.

Is it a bug or did I do something wrong?
