My organization has an enterprise licence but does not use SSO.  Since a recent vacation I am unable to use MIRO because the logon insists that I use SSO.

If I use my SSO login, I am connected to a different enterprise but obviously, I have no permissions.

I have tried:

  • restarting machine (Windows)
  • using the desktop app
  • using two different browsers (Chrome and Edge)
  • running the browser in incognito mode
  • using a different device (mobile chrome and miro app on a Samsung mobile)

All these produce the same outcome.  As soon as sign in using my work ID, I am told to use SSO.

My work help desk have confirmed that we do not use SSO.  They directed me to MIRO support but…..

I can’t log a fault as enterprise user, because I can’t log on.  Nice logic trap Miro!

I am missing Miro (a lot).  Any suggestions?
