A colleague of mine had a paid plan with Miro. I started a paid plan for our entire small team of five people. Once she accepted my invitation to the new team she lost access to all of her paid materials on her own plan. I just tried walking her through switching teams on the left side of the screen, but that didn’t fix the problem. What can we do?

 

Side note, I really wish Miro had a dedicated help desk I could contact. I would waste a lot less of my time trying to read through tons of FAQs and guides if I could just ask my question to someone directly.
