We are currently using the free version of Miro, and use it a lot for process mapping. Unfortunately, at the moment, once complete, we find it difficult to share our work as people don’t have access to Miro, and the download options available on the free version don’t provide good enough quality. The downloads also end up not fitting well onto A3, and if they do, they are illegible.
If we were to upgrade, will we have better access to good quality downloads with various sizing options?

Yes. However, one thing to note is that any images in will only be as good a quality as they were when they were uploaded to the board. Vector based objects, e.g., Miro objects (sticky notes, diagramming shapes, connection lines, etc.), should retain their quality.
It’s mainly vector based objects we would want to download/export e.g., Miro objects (sticky notes, diagramming shapes, connection lines, etc.), But, when we do that at the moment, they can’t be read. I think perhaps because the frame is too big and so to fit it onto one A4 or even an A3 page, or to copy and add to a PowerPoint, you can’t read any of the words.
Any idea how we can improve this? If we were to buy a package, would this be better?

It “should”, but without seeing more details on exactly what/how many/how big your objects are, you may want to create a Starter Plan for one person for $10 for a month and experiment. You can create a new team by using the Add teams action:
You could then give everyone access to any boards in that team using the Visitors feature. However, only the paid team member will be able to export the board using the high-resolution options.
Thanks Robert.
Is there a way of asking someone who works for Miro? I only seem to be able to access the community…
