This is really cool - so
How do I save the recap presentation and/or board?
As the story it tells is better than just the final image and I’d like to share it with my team.
Hi @Miro Community Team,
the Miro Recap is great! Could you provide more details or context about the specific data that is used for “Sparked Moments of Inspiration”?
Thank you :)
Hi @Miro Community Team!
I love the recap, thank you for summarizing data!
I’m also curious about the data used for “Sparked Moments of Inspiration”!
Also, what is included in “Collaborated with” part? Everyone, including people anonymously joining my board for a workshop (with password)?
Thank you in advance for your answer!
Hi @Tarang,
You can share your Recap through: LinkedIn, Slack, X, Direct download, or Copy function from the recap page.
Hi @Eca ,
Yes as in only the 1 page vs. the presentation.
I wanted a way to have a way to save and share the presentation.
Hi dear Miroers I received the recap email but when I click on the link I only am redirected to my dashboard… How do you get to it? Thx
Hi @Ukmp and @Réka Szellmann,
Thanks for your questions, and I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying the Miro Recap!
Regarding the "Collaborated with" metric: This is a count of unique registered users who participated in synced sessions throughout the year. It does not include guest users or visitors who accessed boards anonymously, such as those joining password-protected workshops.
As for "Sparked Moments of Inspiration", this metric is based entirely on the approximate number of sticky notes you created or edited during the year. No other data points are factored in here, and it’s specific to your individual user account. It does not include Team or Company-wide metrics, nor does it provide access to personal usage data within your Team or Company.
Hope this clarifies things! If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out.
Hi @Karine,
If the Recap slides do not automatically show up, you can check the party popper emoji - in your dashboard.
Once you hover your mouse, you may view your 2024 recap slides.
Thank you Eca
I have no party popper emoji, though I did receive the recap email… weird. Maybe I’m not elligible after all (I have a paid account)
Hi @Karine,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot of your dashboard!
Could you confirm if the email address logged into the Miro app/browser is the same as the one where you received the 2024 recap email? Sometimes, if different email addresses are used, it might cause discrepancies in what’s shown or available across different accounts.
Let me know, and we can look into it further!
My Miro account has been created withmy gmail account and that’s the address on which I received the recap notice :)
The recap is a nice feature - thanks for putting this together.
My recap identifies several of my collaborators, one of whom I don’t know/recognize at all.
How can I begin to determine who this collaborator is (I only have their first name in the recap) and why they may have access to my (private/restricted) boards.
Thank you,
Eugene
Hi @Karine,
I have your comment converted into a support ticket so the team can look into it. Please check your inbox for their response. Thanks for your patience as we work on this.
I really like this recap - thank you so much for your work :)
I'm just wondering how you measure the hours that we spent on Miro- whether when it's passive or active XD
Hi @Jiin Lim,
Thank you for your kind words about the Miro 2024 Recap! It’s great to hear you enjoyed it.
To answer your question about measuring time spent on Miro: the Time Spent Collaborating metric in the Recap reflects approximate time spent in collaboration sessions. This includes both active and passive engagement, such as editing boards or being present during collaboration sessions. However, the calculation is based on aggregated usage metrics and not on detailed activity logs.
If you’re curious about anything else or have suggestions for future Recaps, feel free to share. We're always looking for ways to improve!
When my Recap says that I was in the Top 1%, what does that mean? Is it referring to how much I use Miro compared to my team or all Miro users?
