Migrate the extension I developed to my new email

I have developed the Card Flip extension using my company email. Recently I have joined a new company and can’t administrate my extension anymore. I have to migrate to SDK 2.0 and improve the extension but it’s not possible since I’m not able to login with my old email anymore.

Deploy a new version of the extension as a brand new one also is not a possibility since it’s already published at Miro Marketplace.

Any ideas on how can I regain access to my extension?
